The Para Sports Association of Punjab (PSAP) was founded by Sukhmanpreet Singh Sidhu Talwandi (Sippy Sidhu) on April 28, 2006, to develop the Paralympic sports in Punjab and to impart training to the disabled. Sukhmanpreet Singh Sidhu is the Secretary General of the Paralympic Committee of Punjab. He is a leading lawyer in the supreme Court of India , a international sportsman in shooting and a social activist.after the demise of Sukhmanpreet Singh Sidhu,his younger brother i.e  Jasmanpreet Singh Sidhu (Jippy Sidhu) took over as the Secretary General of Para Sports Association of Punjab . He is a lawyer in Punjab and Haryana High Court and Social activist.
